Bulgaria

We have entered into an agreement with a Bulgarian company to supply extremely competitively priced properties ranging from Black Sea apartments in Varna to skiing chalets to city apartments and country properties around the capital Sofia. We believe that the company we are working with have the highest standards and they have a wealth of experience of property sales in Bulgaria having started as a legal service for foreign buyers. I have attached a quick photo to this mail so you can have a browse but I encourgae you to get in touch and ask for what you require because we can probably supply it. I suggest getting in there quickly so that you can make the greatest capital appreciation possible over the years as prices will inevitably rise as European Union membership takes effect over the next few years.

Our partner can guide you through all of the paperwork, setting up a company for purchase and selling your property on at a later date including all of the legal issues that you may come up against in Bulgaria. As usual we only deal with the best and hope that for those of you who may not have the money to purchase in Spain that Bulgaria represents an exciting opportunity for you to become a foreign property owner.

The picture of the white villa is in central Bulgaria on the edge of a spa town and 190km from Sofia. This mansion will set you back 79800 Euros.

We have off plan flats in the ski resorts South of Sofia yet just 30 mins drive from the Mediteranean Sea for just 45500 Euros and we have country houses that start at just 9000 Euros, they may need a bit of work!

Get in touch with more info about your requirements and we can start finding you your perfect place. Remember we now have so many contacts worldwide that if you are looking for places in Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, the States or most areas in Europe, we can supply you with the best companies and the best developments that will serve your needs.

More Argentina News

Another week and another good article about the growing importance and cachet of Buenos Aires. Norman Foster has now designed the Aleph, a new apartment block with prices to match those of Europe. You can however pick up more bargains in Buenos Aires still.
Have a look at the article here.

Argentina is currently on holiday, it is the middle of summer there, so don't expect too much news on our investments until the start of next month when the new contracts should be done.

Sunday Times

The Sunday Times last week picked up on what a great buy land and property are in Argentina. It was because of this that last year I went to Argentina to look at some land on the Atlantic Coast and we bought it for resale with the possibilitiy of building beach properties on it right next to the best beaches in the country, with warm waters and whale watching in the winter.
The article can be viewed at

I would disagree on a couple of the points made, especially that about Argentinians going abroad for beach holidays. They used to and the really rich ones still do. However, the beach resort par excellence in Argenitina is Las Grutas in Rio Negro and that is where we have our land for sale. Plots are available from 12,000 Euros and you can build a 100m2 house for under 45,000 Euros allowing a good rental investment in the summer months and a decent amount in the winter when the whale watchers come in.

For more information, a full pack is available from graham@valencia-property.com. Institutional investors can pick up blocks of plots from us for development at discounted prices too.

We Have Been Very Busy

Sorry to those people regularly checking this page about the lack of updates but we have been rather busy. The Argentina project is now solid as we were waiting for the legal framework to be sorted for the plots. We can now therefore go ahead with the new contracts for those of you that have been waiting for confirmation of the conditions. The segregation of the land has now been approved and the marking out of the plots has started. The ring road is now approved and this means we lose 6 plots but we had this in mind from the start and it does not affect any of the plots we have previously sold.

Prices in the area for similar plots are now around the 16-17000 Euros mark but we are maintaining our price of 12-13500 Euros as we believe it to be a fair price for the land and it gives you the opportunity to make a killing on the valuation of the land, without taking into consideration the building you may or may not put on it, sooner.

For more detailed information get in touch with me on
graham@valencia-property.com
and I will send more info out.

The second picture is of the beautiful beach next to our plots in Las Grutas and the third picture is taken overlooking the deepest lake in the World in Patagonia near to Bariloche.)
